Data Protection

- According to what is established in Organic Law 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection, you are herein informed and give consent in an explicit and unequivocal way to the incorporation of your personal data to the files belonging to ‘Troll N Trolled’ and the processing of that data in order to manage the online community. You can make use of your rights of accessing, correcting, canceling and opposing to it through the email address: trollntrolled@gmail.com

- Your information will be collected via two ways. First, by browsing ‘Troll N Trolled’ sites a number of cookies will be created, which are small text files that are downloaded in to your computer’s browser temporary files. Secondly, by any information you submit to us. This may occur, and is not limited to, by: posting as an anonymous user, registering on ‘Troll N Trolled’ and posts submitted by you whilst logged in.

Intellectual Property

- In accordance to the Legislative Royal Decree 1/1996 which approves the Intellectual Property Law, all sites belonging to ‘Troll N Trolled’, as intellectual creations, are covered by that law, keeping ‘Troll N Trolled’ owners all rights reserved. In the same manner, all intellectual creations published through ‘Troll N Trolled’ sites are property of their respective owners, with all rights reserved.



- The online community ‘Troll N Trolled’ opposes totally to piracy, so piracy may not be supported, facilitated or promoted. The community will held the author of any kind of information which promotes or support piracy, the one and only responsible. Community Managers will eliminate such content as soon as possible, and inform the authorities if needed.

a. Usage of national language in each national forum section, in accordance to those section specific rules.



b. Usage of native language simultaneously with official language. Any text may be posted in languages, English and the user’s native language, to help other members with same native language to understand the text. It shall be posted first in English and under it, and in the same post, its translation to the user’s native language.



c. Usage of the language as a linguistic support. If any user doesn’t know how to express himself in English, he may support himself by using his native language. This option must be used in moderation.



d. Usage of the language in help of another ‘Troll N Troll’ member. You can support yourself in your native language in order to explain something to another member in the case he doesn’t fully understand it in English. In any case, it should be posted its translation in English, in a similar manner as in section b of this rule.



e. Usage in private messages. There is no language restriction in private messages.

3. RESPECT FOR MEMBERS AND USERS: You shall be respectful to all ‘Troll N Trolled’ members as to non member forum users. As the community name implies, you can keep a friendly mood and troll other members, but always keeping respect in perspective. It is advisable not to troll members whom you are not friendly enough to avoid misunderstandings.



                 This rule is applied whether you are posting in public or private forum sections or private messages.



4. PIRACY PROHIBITION: Any post with information which supports or facilitates piracy will be eliminated.



5. SPAM: It is forbidden to promote other products, webs, etc, outside forum sections made for that purpose and in failure to comply its specific section rules.

6. IMAGES: Images of sexual or offensive content will be eliminated. Shall anyone consider any image in the forum fails to comply with this rule may request to the user who posted it to remove the image from the forum. He may also request any Community Manager to inspect the image. In both cases, such request will be made always via private messages.

a. POSTING OF IMAGES AND VIDEOS: Posting of images and videos in this forum will be allowed at all times. However, to avoid massive amount of pictures, making threads unnaturally long, posting should be made using BBCodes such as [miniature] or [mini3] to create 300px and 150px respectively when posting multiple images, or even [spoiler] code if needed



b. AVATARS AND SIGNATURES: Maximum size for avatars shall be 135x135 pixels. Maximum size for signatures shall be 200x600 pixels.

7. EXCLUDED DISCUSSION TOPICS: Any controversial topic such as religion, politics, sports, or any other that may in a specific moment rise a heated argument are excluded from this forum. Administrators and Moderators shall close or eliminate such threads.



8. DECISSIONS MADE BY ADMINISTRATORS AND MODERATORS: Any decision made by an Administrator or a Moderator regarding these or any other community rule shall be respected by all ‘Troll N Trolled’ member and users. If anyone wishes to appeal against any of those decisions may do so by sending a private message to the one who took the decision or to any Community Manager.
